While I was studying Chinese in China, I got approached to do some acting work. It's not exactly my field, but I really enjoyed meeting some interesting people and learning about the industry. I managed to act in quite a few movies, and these are listed below.

The Old Summer Palace	圆明园	Released in 2006. This movie talks about the history of the old summer palce. I played a Jesuit called Wang Zhi Cheng.
Trial at Tokyo	东京审判	Again 2006, this terrible movie was about the war crimes tribunal held in Tokyo after WW2. It starred one of the F4 (a popular asian band) singers. I played a Military Policeman.
Mr Lis Bad News	李大爷	This was a made for TV movie, screened on CCTV8 in about 2005. I had a nice role playing Robert, the fiance of the Mr Lis daughter (and Mr Li doesn't like foreigners)
Various TV shows	NA	I also acted in loads of (usually rubbish) TV shows in Beijing. I would not recommend doing it for a living, but I must admit it showed me how hard actors really have to work, and I met some great people.
